Team Facilitator

Our Team-Building programmes are directed by one of our Team Facilitators, all of whom are highly qualified psychotherapists with extensive experience working with and improving the dynamics in business teams.  As the head of your company, you will have the opportunity to specify the areas on which you would like to focus in order to improve the working relationships within your team and the performance areas of your staff.  Your Team Facilitator will then assess the needs of your group, identifying the areas in which you require assistance in order to function more effectively and collaboratively. 

 Each staff member will have the opportunity to meet with their Team Facilitator independently so they can voice their issues and concerns in a private and confidential setting.  They will also have the option of personal psychotherapy sessions if required.  After conducting a full assessment of the needs and wishes of your business team, our Team Facilitator will devise a programme that specifically addresses those requirements.  In addition to the areas specific to your group, the programme will also be aimed at achieving the following:

  • Expansion - effective strategies to improve work practices and productivity, both individually and collectively;
  • Goal-setting – deeper insight into the operation, strategies and goals of the company;
  • Motivation – greater motivation to achieve company targets;
  • Communication – improved interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills;
  • Stress management - effective techniques to manage stress and eliminate burn-out;
  • Time management – effective strategies to manage time effectively,  improving the ability to meet company targets and deadlines;
  • Unity – fostering cohesion and unity, promoting advancement and growth as a united front;
  • Respect –  greater respect for team members and each other’s role in the operation of the company;
  • Boundaries – effective strategies to achieve clear and effective boundaries;
  • Well-being - useful strategies to improve health, well-being and energy levels;
  • Balance – greater balance in the lives of team members, emphasising the importance of devoting quality time and attention to self, partners and family;
  • Confidence - greater personal confidence, empowering professional advancement in a shorter space of time;
  • Clarity – increased clarity, concentration and performance;
  • Job satisfaction – deeper insight into the formula for achieving greater job satisfaction.

Your personalised Team-Building programme will be monitored by your Team Facilitator throughout your stay to ensure it is effectively addressing your goals.  You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback to your Team Facilitator throughout your team’s programme, giving you the chance to change the focus and direction if required.
