How They Work
Our Team-Building programmes are available to groups of varying sizes. Each group will be housed in their own beautifully appointed, private and luxurious home, close to idyllic surf beaches and tropical rainforest. They will receive their own gourmet chef who will be on hand to prepare delicious and nutritious meals, including gourmet picnic lunches for outings. In addition, they will receive their own highly experienced Team Facilitator and a tailored group programme incorporating team-building activities specifically addressing the needs of their particular team. This programme will include a mix of the following interactive, effective and enjoyable team-building activities:

Our Corporate Team-Building programmes also offer a range of more relaxing options for those group members in need of some down-time and relaxation during their stay. These include:

Your Team-Building programme will be flexible and responsive to the changing needs and wishes of your group throughout your stay. If your group decides they would prefer dolphin kayaking instead of mountain biking we will change your programme accordingly. Similarly, if they would rather sea turtle snorkelling than whale watching we will accommodate their request. Your group’s wish is our command.
The avid longboarder in the group will receive a Personalised Longboard Manual to take home, providing them with all the tips and strategies they need to continue riding the waves with ease, enjoyment and skill. They will also have the option of ordering their own custom-made Bob Brown longboard, providing them with a special souvenir of their stay and a first-rate board to ride the waves at home.

Foster team spirit with the assistance and expertise of our highly experienced Team Facilitator.
